Adding another run

In order to help achieve my 10K run I know I need to run more than twice a week.  I am going to add a choice of Friday or Sunday to the mix.   On Thursday I will run for speed, hoping to do 6.0 intervals.  On Saturday I will run on an incline and on Sunday. I will run longer hoping to eventually run one hour.   I am going to use the following program to get me running for an a hour in 7 weeks.   I willl also consider this  plan or this plan to train for a 10K.

Yesterday's MIT and Goals:  Nice job + added an extra run of 35 minutes + 10 minute warmup/down.  I did eat a few chips that Heather bought for football watching but it was not in excess.
MIT: Remind Allen of Mortage change verification, cook mushroom and squash dinner, research sneaker recycle.
