Goal Work:  If you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true. - Cinderella.

I can't belive I really signed up for the Disney Half Marathon.  It is official.  I was so nervous just signing up.   I can imagine I will be a wreck on the big day.   On October 1 starting at 10:00PM I willl run 13.1 miles thru ESPN Wide World of Sports, Animal Kingdom, MGM and end up in the Worlds section of Epcot.     Word of warning:  I must maintain a 16 Miles per hour pace throughout the entire race.   Anyone not able to maintain a 16 minute per mile pace may be picked up and transported to the finish.   Oh dear.   I better get training....

Yesteday's MIT and Goals:  I went to TKD and played piano and did my 15 minutes cleanup but I never got a chance to work on any of my MIT.  Not sure why.   I guess I worked longer than normal and watched Jeapordy and NOVA Watson (both a great use of time) so I am okay with missing my MIT.

Today MIT and Goals: Make Kale Soup, Bring Cookies to Derek, Look for flight to NC

  2. Why would I wonder about that? Me last? Actually I remember reading about some detour at a certain point in the race at a certain time. I had no idea it involved a van.
