With my latest dieting I am trying to stay away from the mind-set of denial. Instead of avoiding sweets and chips and fourth meals, I am adding delicious salads, sweet fruit, and refreshing glasses of water. Instead of avoiding the internet and television, I am adding Yoga, TaeKwonDo, and Piano. It really is just a mindset. I will succeed and so can you.
This is a reminder that I will be sure to add 8 glasses of water, 3 servings of salad, and 5 pieces of fruit a day to my diet every single day. Hopefully the good will crowd out the bad.
