I hired a house cleaner and sure enough I find myself cleaning up before she gets here. Who does that? So embarrassing. I will know that I have achieved my house cleaning goal when my house is kept so clean every day that I no longer have to clean before the house cleaner comes. Meanwhile the impetus that her arrival brings to my actions moves me slowly toward that goal.

Yesterday MIT and Goals: Nice 50 minute run but I am sore as can be. I need to rethink my training plan. I did not do my yoga but plan to do it on Monday to make up for it. I did not make any MITs yesterday.
